OUR WEB DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

1. CLEARLY AND SIMPLY EXPLAIN WHAT YOU DO:

When a customer visits a website, they should immediately get a basic understanding about what your business does.  If a customer is intrigued they can visit more areas of your website, but within the first 10 seconds of a potential customer visiting your site they should be hooked!  Otherwise you've lost them as a customer and have lost out on business.

2. BE HONEST AND OPEN WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS:

Explain to your customers why you're in the business that you're in.  They want to know that you have a passion for your work and that you will do the best job for them.  Customers want to come to your website, find what they're looking for, and trust the business that they will engage with.

3. MAKE IT EASY FOR CUSTOMERS TO LOCATE AND CONTACT YOU:

This is the most important part of any website, the customer needs to be able to find out when you're open, where you are, and how to contact you!!  I don't know how many websites I've visited looking for a service, and after 30 seconds being so frustrated with the lack of contact info, that I go back to google and search for another business that does the same thing.  If you don't care enough to let you're customers know how to get in contact you why should they even bother trying to get in contact with you?
